The Alfa Romeo Owners Club has brought together a selection of the Club’s ambitious and passionate younger members to create a new Section, AROC Ragazzi.

The Club’s second National Section – set to be officially unveiled at National Alfa Day on Sunday 20th August – will be tailored to our growing membership of Alfisti aged under 30. Combining engaging video and audio content with a programme of events, Ragazzi is set to inspire its members into expanding their ownership journey and community, while tempting those yet to ‘Join the Tribe’ into an Alfa Romeo of their own as AROC continues to bring together both members and enthusiasts in their passion for Alfa Romeo.

The Section aims to continue the Club’s traditions of holding regular meets for its members, as well as programme of road trips, Ragazzi-specific events at AROC days, and more to be announced as it is confirmed.

Club Chairman, John Griffiths, who joined AROC back in the 1980’s when he was just 21, also shared…..his excitement about the formation of the Section, adding, “The Ragazzi is a natural progression in the longevity of AROC. For Alfa Romeo, and the Club, to thrive into the future we have to cater to the tastes and wants of our growing under-30 membership, while keeping up the incredible variety of events we do for the remainder of the Club’s Sections. I am really excited to see a new Section forming, especially when being created by our younger members, for our younger members – and helping to develop the next generation of leaders for the Club as a whole.”

Leading the Section through its formation are the Club Secretary Sophie King and Chairman Sam Butler. Sophie said “I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the AROC Ragazzi Section. I think it’s an amazing idea. Owning an Alfa is not just about owning a car, it’s about the community that comes with it! I am looking forward to bringing everyone together, introducing more youth to the world of AROC, and bringing everyone together for their love of Alfa!”

Sam added ”I’m proud to help inspire the future generation of Alfisti. Alfa Romeo is a prestigious brand, steeped in more than a century of racing and performance heritage, and I’m looking forward to working with this talented and energetic group in showcasing what being part of The Tribe means. There’s a real opportunity here to make The Ragazzi one of the most attractive and talked about car clubs in the country and I want to do that.”
