June Monthly News Letter

East Anglia
4 June 2026

Hi All

I trust you are well.

What a busy month May was!

Starting off with Spring Alfa day at Burleigh, a fair few members made the drive north on a blustery day to this excellent venue. Always an impressive lineup of cars and good to see Geoff’s Montreal front and centre in the courtyard. Where it fully deserved to be and gained lots of interest as you can see!

Next up was Fish and Chips at Dunwich with the Essex section. Well, we had a great turnout of cars, but an unplanned closure of the A12 and some awful B- road diversions were a real pain. But we pretty much all got there and a great time was had by all and Fish and Chips and others were heartily consumed!

Then came our Monthly Meet at the Bridge at Clayhithe, another new venue and well found by Tony. 13 of us enjoyed good food and efficient service. We were unexpectedly joined and outnumbered, by the Aston Martin Owners Club. We shall return. Of course the A14 was closed on the way home so diversions ensued.

Lastly was our Breakfast meet at Kersey Mill to join in with one of their monthly Vintage and Modern Classic meets, such a lovely venue on what a very sunny day was, 25 Alfas in a line made for an impressive site, the AC club had a nice display of cars too, along with many cars old and older!

As usual there are many photos on our Facebook page and on the Area Section age of the AROC website.

Coming Up.

Please read and respond to all the bold bits!
