IMPORTANT Notice re. AGM
IMPORTANT: Due to a misunderstanding, the papers giving notice of the upcoming General Meeting of the Club to be held on 26th November carried the comment that 'There will be no voting called at the Meeting'. This is incorrect.
There will be the normal discussions and voting on the Resolutions at the meeting. The results of the voting will take into account both the postal voting and voting on the day, with elimination of any duplications. This message should be advised to all Members, please, and I look forward to meeting as many as possible on the day.
