A cornerstone of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club UK is our local meetings and events arranged by our Area Section officials and volunteers.
The Covid-19 pandemic has quite rightly constrained our ability to safely arrange local meetings of members, however, we have today provided guidance to enable Section Secretaries and their local volunteer teams to carefully and very deliberately arrange small outdoor gatherings in line with legislation and published health guidelines.
All our Section Secretaries have been sent our latest Covid Safe Event Guidelines, and they are also available on our dedicated COVID-19 page HERE
We are currently only allowing outdoor events at public locations, local pub gardens and so on. We are not yet confident to allow indoor events which bring greater levels of risk to both members and the public.
However, we believe this will be a welcome step forward from our previous ‘no events’ policy, whilst still ensuring we protect our members.
We also hope to announce a larger event soon, so watch this space!
