All racers, ralliers, runners and riders are welcome, you just need to be a member of AROC competing in an Alfa. Registration is free and the events don’t need to be AROC events. Just complete the attached form and send to Lis Whitehair firstname.lastname@example.org You can register at any time during the season.
Race classes will be divided according to engine size
A) Over 2000cc
B) 1601cc to 2000cc
C) Up to & including 1600cc
Points will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places (1st and 2nd places only if there are less then 6 starters) and will be multiplied by 1.5 for international races. There will be a single rallying class and a combined class for hill climbs and sprints.
Once the season has begun you will need to send a copy of your official results for each race entry you wish to be included. The table of results will be published in each issue of the AROC magazine along with a short summary of where each driver has been competing.
At the end of the season there will be a Winning Winner. Javelin Trackdays have been kind enough to offer a free track day (date and venue to be agreed) to that lucky winner and Chris Knott Insurance is supporting us with prizes for second and third overall. Club trophies and other prizes will be awarded on the Club stand at the NEC Classic Car Show in November.
