August Monthly News Letter

I trust you are well.
Our July Monthly Meet was at the Bunbury Arms near Bury St, Edmunds, a Stunning array of cars graced the car park, and I trust all good time was had by all. I was away on holiday so Sadly missed this one!
I will certainly be at the August Pizza Night, If you want to join, do let me know by the 10th of August so I can get us all booked in!
The 2nd of August saw us at the ever-popular Helmingham Hall Festival of Classic and Sports Cars. We had a great stand of cars from the early 60’s onwards. We had plenty of space, helped by the club next door not turning up at all! The new section shelter provided shade and sustenance!! It was needed as it was hot damn hot, and the classics on display must have been heading close to 2000 and the visiting public seemed way over its usual 7000. Another great day. And still more to go before the summer is out!

Friday 21st August, Pizza Night! At Be Well Barn, Wash Farm, Rookery Lane, Eye IP23 7QP
You can enjoy fresh 12” pizzas, cocktails, and scenic countryside views, with service running from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and the bar open until 10:00pm
I will need to know by Monday 10th who plans to attend as I will have to give a firm booking of numbers.
Sunday 6th September 9 am, Italia Fest 2026, Italian Car and Bike Day, with the South Mids and Essex Sections, The Oaksmere, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 8AJ Over 60 Alfas last year, a really great local Italian car and bike day.
Do let me know if you intend to come. We intend to go as a club on the Sunday 6th as that is when most classics are going. Italian car and driver is free, adult passengers £7.50 each, kids 13-16 £4

Wednesday 23rd September 7pm, Monthly Meet, The Fur and Feathers Inn, Woodbastwick Road, Norfolk, NR13 ^HQ,
Our usual monthly meet format, park up, chat, pie and pint and sit out or in depending on the weather!
Saturday 26th September 9 am, Cars and Coffee at Kersey Mill, Kersey Mill, Kersey, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP7 6DP, Vintage and Modern Classic. We plan to have a dedicated parking area in the grounds of the stunning mill in a beautiful village, the collection of cars they get is mouthwatering too!
