Wessex Section Zoom Meeting, October 27th
On the 27th October, we held another Zoom virtual Section Meeting, our first since last May. The main feature of the meeting was a talk by John Griffiths, our AROC Chairman, on Detailing, covering a series of tips on the best products and techniques to use. After this, John talked about recent activities in the club and plans for next year and we rounded off the evening with a quiz managed via Kahoot. The quiz was made up of 20 multiple choice questions which the participants answered via their smartphone with speed of answering being a key factor in addition to getting the answer correct ! The 20 questions covered Alfa Romeos, other (lesser !) cars and general knowledge. At the end of all this, the final scores put John Griffiths in third place, Nick Wright in second but the worthy winner by a margin of more than 1000 points (!) was Stephen Paddock.
