Thanks to all who came to Clandon Park to support the Macmillan Classic Car Day. There was a great turnout overall in spite of the weather, which did clear in the afternoon (eventually). And our own Des Clare was awarded best car in show – see photos of Des being presented with his cup! Photos of our Section display attached. Also attached are a photo of one of the more unusual uses I have seen for a Nord engine (coupled to an automatic Alfetta transaxle), and also a rather poignant image of the shell of Clandon House still obviously being cleared of debris after the fire…
