The car is bought.

I had been fancying another Alfa Romeo since owning my 2010 Giulietta in April of 2023. I particularly however fancied something with a bit more age. I came across this particular Spider S3 on eBay. I told myself it'd be mine if the bids stayed under £2500. 

I had it arranged to be picked up by a delivery driver as it had no MOT. In fact the car didn't even have a roof with it. I bought it sight unseen, specifically whilst being in America. I always told myself I'd never buy a car like that but it's my understanding that these cars in this condition (bad, but not so bad so that it couldn't be rescued) so I simply had to have it (I didn't have to have it, but I really badly wanted an old Pininfarina Alfa. I don't think I can be blamed for this)

It arrived home to my parents utter dismay that I had bought another car (this is my third car at the moment) and they reported that it is definitely rough around the edges and the engine is running a bit rich.
