156 (Type 932) 1997 - 2005

The 156 GTA.  Great looks, great place to sit and then there's the noise of that amzing V6, playing its wonderful tune through a Wizard exhaust.  What more do you need...?

This particular car is one of the first registered in the UK.  Being a GTA, it's already quite a rare car but coupled with the RE02 numberplate means it's a press car, which makes even more sort after (depending on your view of press cars!).

The car had been used lightly in the five years prior to my purchase of it in January 2020.  Whilst this had kept the miles down (then 80,000), it had not helped its general state of health, with the result that it had a large service (all the usuals, belts etc.) plus some rust prevention for what turned out to be a very solid floor.  Since then, the car has had lots of attention and £ spent on it but of course the list of jobs is never ending, especially as it is used as a daily driver, albeit only covering about 3,500 miles a year.
