164 (Type 164) 1987 - 1998

Bought from a fellow Club member in the late 2000s, this facelift Twinspark benefits from an LPG kit, which made it a very economical runner, as well as a comfortable and graceful long distance cruiser. Came off the road in 2011 when it suffered a clutch hydraulic failure with mileage almost 180K, when it was difficult to source replacement hydraulics. Although these have subsequently been sourced, the car was parked up in dry storage awaiting its turn as one of my many projects.......
