159 (939) 2005 - 2011

Bought mid 2018 from salvage after Seb Webber,  who used it as a taxi in Hull, had suffered some front-end damage. Repaired by me with second-hand parts from a donor 2.4 - bonnet, nearside wing, bumper and lights. Only new part needed was a radiator as annoyingly the 2.0 JTDm uses a unique radiator. Mileage at this point was 162K, and the car was used as a daily and occasional tow-car for the race 75 until January 2021 when at nearly 183K miles it failed MOT on one front and one rear broken spring, and the decision was taken to give it a general overhaul including springs, front-wheel bearings and the notorious oil pick-up pipe seal. Car is still resting in dry storage as work continues sporadically.......
