Our AROC Section ranks among the most active in the country. Monthly meetings across north Leicestershire anchor a year-round programme that includes convoy runs, karting, track days, Show ’n Shines, talk nights, quizzes and trips to fascinating motoring destinations.

We also organise Midlands Italian Car Day known as MITCAR, the acclaimed Italian motoring extravaganza.

No matter what Alfa Romeo you own, you’re very welcome to join us. They are all special,  new and old. It’s all organised by Alfa enthusiasts, for Alfa enthusiasts!

How do I join the Section?

All we ask is that you are a paid up member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club UK. You can join on-line here. THERE IS NO SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION!

How many members are there?

We’re a friendly, informal group spanning a wide range of ages, always ready to welcome new Alfa enthusiasts. Our region now has over 300 members plus partners (more than 4,500 across the UK), with 30–60 people at our monthly meetings and, in the Summer, more than 40 Alfas often lining up in the car park.

Where and when are the meetings?

We usually meet on the second Thursday of the month at a venue between Leicester, Derby and Nottingham, the three biggest cities in the East Midlands, and we have members in Coventry, Burton-upon-Trent, Nuneaton and out east as far as Newark too!

What Alfas are owned?

Our members own a huge variety, from pre-war to date!  One of the beauties of the club is the breadth of machinery it includes with everything from classics to brand new models.  New members with interesting Alfas are joining all the time and many members own more than one Alfa too.
