Busy Weekend – Part 2 – Sherborne Classics and Supercars Show
The Sherborne Classics and Supercars Show returned on July 21st and, as in recent years, we arranged a joint AROC stand for the Wessex, Somerset and West Wilts Sections. A significant number of the attendees had been at Beaulieu on the Saturday…so well done to these individuals for doing two events on consecutive days ! A total of 27 Alfa Romeos were displayed on the stand with a huge variety covering 16 different models. These ranged from three 101 Giuliettas (two Spiders and a Sprint), a Montreal, a 75, numerous modern classics, right up to a number of Giulias and a Stelvo QF.
As usual, as well as the Alfa Romeos, we were treated to large displays of other marques across the huge showground. The weather proved to be a combination of the last two year’s shows, starting grey and drizzly but soon giving way to hot sunshine.
Well done everyone who attended for bringing along such a great array of beautiful Alfas !
