About AROC Yorkshire Section
AROC Yorkshire is a large section with a regular monthly meeting held in North Leeds. We host a year round calendar of events including attending many local and national static car shows, drive out days, quizzes, blag a ride nights and much more.
We also organise and host the AROC Northern Alfa Day each year
If you have an Alfa Romeo then come join us!
No matter what Alfa Romeo you own, you’re welcome to join us, no matter the model, age or condition. It’s all organised by Alfa enthusiasts, for Alfa enthusiasts!
How do I join the Section?
You can come along to our monthly meetings to meet us in person but, to attend and take part in events, all we ask is that you are a paid up member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club UK. You can join on-line here. THERE IS NO SEPARATE SUBSCRIPTION!
Make sure you send an email to Jason to let him know so he can keep you up to date.
How many members are there?
We are a very friendly group of members with ages varying from 17 up to members in their eighties! We are always ready to welcome new Alfa enthusiasts no matter what age though as we all share the same love of Alfa Romeo. Our region now has almost 250 members and we regularly have around 15-20 people attend our monthly meetings, but we would love for more of you to come along, say hello and show us those great Alfa’s.
Where and when are the meetings?
We meet on the fourth Tuesday of every Month at the Chequers Inn in Ledsham. We are currently looking at options for a second meeting location that we can rotate to that would accommodate Yorkshire members that cannot make it to this meeting. We are also planning to start regular weekend breakfast meets so keep checking our upcoming events to find out about them.
What Alfas are owned?
We have a wide array of models owned by Yorkshire members ranging from classics right up to the latest Junior with many owning more than one model (including quite a few long term restoration or project cars). It doesn’t matter if your car is completely standard, heavily modified, a daily driver or a concourse showstopper, every model is admired as much as each other.
Come along to our monthly meeting and events and you can be guaranteed a warm welcome and plenty of Alfa chat!
