Alfa Romeo Ranked 2nd in Auto Express Driver Power 2026 Manufacturer Survey
Alfa Romeo ranked second overall in the 2026 Auto Express Driver Power manufacturer survey, one of the UK’s largest customer satisfaction studies.
Founded in 2001, The Driver Power Survey compiles feedback from owners of manufacturer’s cars, who rate their vehicles across 10 ownership categories covering everything from reliability and running costs to practicality, infotainment and driving dynamics.
Owners rated Alfa Romeo first for exterior styling, highlighting the continued appeal distinctive Italian design of the brand. Alfa Romeo also secured first-place finishes for road handling, steering responsiveness and front-seat comfort.
Strong performances for driving pleasure, braking responsiveness and powertrain helped Alfa Romeo secure second place overall. Owners also praised the balance between touchscreen technology and physical controls, while the brand achieved second place for sound systems and a top 10 finish for value.

The result reflects the current Alfa Romeo model range, which spans compact SUVs, premium SUVs and sports saloons. The line-up includes Junior, available with hybrid and fully electric powertrains, Tonale electrified SUV, Giulia sports saloon and the Stelvio SUV. Stelvio and Giulia are both available in Quadrifoglio variants, the purest expression of the style and driving dynanics of the brand. Each model features the sporting character that defines Alfa Romeo, combining distinctive Italian styling with responsive handling, precise steering and a dynamic driving experience.
