Culford have rather sprung this on me.
They want all our entries paid for by the 1st March!!!
So I need to know now who wants to come! I suggest I book all the tickets in one go. Please read and digest all below re times etc and let me know soon if you can commit to come, then we can arrange one group payment by the 1st March

Hello Graham, and thanks for your reply confirming a provisional 16 places for The Alfa Romeo Owners Club with us.
Below is the link to pay for these, and any places not paid for by Saturday 1 March will be forfeited and returned to the wider pool for us to offer to Individual Exhibitors. We have over 300 Individuals waiting !
If you will be making one block booking on behalf of the Club that’s great, and thank you – if you leave it up to your individual members to book, please note that the cut-off date is absolute. No ditherers !
Please do not buy more than the number you asked for above as you will be very squashed up on the day ! – and we don’t want that – your final number will be the number that you have paid for by 1 March.
You now have two choices:
- EITHER (favoured route please!!) use this link and password yourself to book and pay for all of your Club members against the allocation mentioned in the first line above.
- OR share the link and password with only those members who you are planning to include in the allocation
- The link is PRIORITY CLUB BOOKING LINK with the password CULFORD2025CLUB
You will be able to print out a page for each car booked, which each car needs to bring on the day, along with the Club Area Allocation Code which we will email to you nearer the event to help us park you on the morning. You can use your password multiple times. You do not need to pay for space for a small gazebo.
As the organisers, our biggest problem last year was late Exhibitor Arrivals on the morning, and from a safety point of view we cannot let cars in once the public are on site.
We are open for Exhibitors to arrive from 06h30 until 08h30 and there will be no admissions after 09h00; please try to get to us before 08h00 if you can, then you are less likely to overheat on the drive in a queue of lovely motors. At least one catering van will be open from 07h30.
No departures before 15h30 please – as normal – and yes, it is the same day as Wimbledon Finals again. We all need the sun to shine, there is no ‘roof’ at Culford …..
