UPDATED August Monthly News Letter

I trust you are well.
Our busy summer continues. 10 cars made it to Culford school, we lost one to illness and one to car not being ready. But those of us that made it had a great day. We saw lots of other section members who attended as visitors on what was a sunny afternoon. Lots of cars to see, and I mean lots, some quite rare stuff too. Plenty of places to eat, quite a lot of retail stalls too. I made a small purchase from one of the model car stalls as you do!
Requests to go back next year are already in, probably helped by how relatively easy it was to get out! On the way out the TVR in front thought he had just grounded his exhaust on a speed bump, he laughed when I stuck my hand out the window and pointed out it was me!

A jolly but smallish group (7) made it to The Walnut Tree, hearty food and a lot of laughing!
Then we had the big one!
34 cars on the stand at the Helmingham Hall Festival of Classic and Sports Cars. Thank you to all the members that brought cars, and spent the day talking to reminiscing with the visitors about Alfas past owned or present. 1200 classics in the general classic area and another 800 plus cars in the club section! Thank you to all those who brought such a great selection of cars!
