County Wheels Day 2016
Sunday 24th April is ‘Drive it Day’ where the FBHVC encourage owners of older vehicles to take them out on the road.
Last year an event was organised in Lincolnshire for these vehicles to gather at Jubilee Park in Woodhall Spa. This turned out to be a great sucess with over 500 cars on display. We took along 7 of our vehicles plus Charlies TVR. https://aroc-uk.com/lincs/news/2015/lincolnshire-drive-it-day-2015
This year the event is called County Wheels day and the committee have decided to have a club stand there this time. http://www.countywheels.uk/page12.html
This was a very popular event and as such places need to be booked in advance. There is a cost of £4 per car displaying at the event which I will be collecting and forwarding to the organisers as a group booking.
Therefore if you wish to attend please let me know ASAP and by Friday 25th March at the latest.
Payment by cheque should be made payable to Alfa Romeo Owners Club Lincs Section and sent to me at
11 Crapple Lane

Please note that this is an event designed to display older vehicles but I am quite happy to have cars such as the 916 GTV’s or Brera’s etc in our display. A 4C or two would also add an attraction and besides that, last year there were one or two modern Ferrari’s there.
If you do have a modern Alfa saloon it doesn’t mean you can’t come along but will just have to park in the general public parking. The up side to this will be that the event is free to enter so I don’t need £4 off you.
