New monthly meeting venue

From September 2023 we will be meeting at our usual time but now at the Sportsman public house, Goddards Green. The Sportsman, is very easy to access being literally just off the A23 near Hickstead, off the A2300 leading from the A23 to Burgess Hill. There is a large car park and there are no narrow lanes to navigate, two of the reasons we decided to choose it. Several venues were looked at and the Sportsman ticked just about every box.

We had some lovely evenings at our previous venue, the Royal Oak Poynings, which is still a lovely pub, but as our numbers are growing, car parking was becoming a growing issue, especially during summer months leading to our decision to move.
