I hope you are all well.
Busy couple of events recently, good group at The Manger, complete with a new face, always good. Then 16 for lunch at the Fur & Feathers at the Woodfords brewery. We binned the idea of the brewery tour in the end (£20 a head and nearly 2 hours) and just had a very hearty lunch and a stock up in the brewery shop! A couple more new faces too! Photo below.
Coming up we have
Wednesday 25th October 7pm, The Royal George, Church Rd, Barningham, Bury Saint Edmunds IP31 1DD It would be a great help if you can let me know if you’re coming, it’s a smallish pub specialising in fish dishes cooked fresh on the day.
Sunday 26th November, AGM & Sunday Lunch, The Old Ram Coaching Inn, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR15 2DE More details to follow, but I will certainly need numbers and probably menu choices in advance. Please start letting me know if you intend to come and if you can your menu choice! Contact me for a menu.
