March Monthly News Letter

I trust you are well.
We had a good meet at the Plough and Fleece in February, a couple of new faces and a live music backdrop made for a good evening! The food has also gone up a notch!
Having passed miles of stationary traffic on the A14 (Cambridge to Newmarket) while heading to the pub, Phil and I left early as it was our route home. We hit the roundabout to join the A14 from the A1303 only to find the road closed all the way to Bury St Edmunds! As I went round the roundabout a couple of times to try and get my bearings Chairman Phil took the lead and led me onto the Newmarket road and through to Bury; cheers Phil!
The next few months start to get busy so here we go!

I am waiting to hear from Kersey Mill Cars and Coffee and from the Oaksmere Cars and Coffee events for their dates. As soon as they are announced I will include a couple of trips to them.

Sunday 7th April Italian Cars and Coffee, Hosted by AROC East Anglia, 9am till 12pm , The Pike & Eel, Needingworth , St Ives, PE27 4TW Coffee, a breakfast and a good natter, come and go as you want! We alreadsy have some interesting cars coming, an ISO and Brunswick Motorsport all being well!
Thursday 25th April, Monthly Meet, 7pm The Queens Head, Rede Rd, Hawkedon, Bury Saint Edmunds IP29 4NN
Sunday 28th April, Spring Alfa Day, Yorkshire Wildlife Park
Sunday 12th May 12 noon Fish and Chips with the Essex Section, Flora Tea Rooms, Beach Road, Dunwich, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 3EN Fish and Chips and a stomp down the beach, round the Museum about Dunwich’s history or just wander round the village and ruins.
Wednesday 29th May, 7pm Monthly Pub Meet, Meet The Rushbrooke Arms, Sicklesmere, Suffolk, IP30 0BU If theyre doing bookings of more than 8 by then! To be updated.
