We are delighted to be returning to Hopetoun House on 26th May 2024 for our Scottish Italian Car Day! Welcoming every Italian car marque including Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Fiat, Abarth, Maserati, Ferrari, De Tomaso, Lamborghini and everything else from classic to modern. Show cars must be on site by 10.30am. If you arrive after this time and were intending to show your car then you will be directed to the area of public parking where we will gather the Italian marks nearest to the show area.
Hopetoun is a place of beauty, tranquillity and architectural magnificence dating from the 17th century filled with stunning collections and scenic walks, and is always a fabulous backdrop to our Italian Car Day.
Whilst we appreciate some exhibitors have a distance to travel to get home and therefore wish to get on the road early, we would appreciate as many of you staying on site until 3.00pm as possible. Many people come to view our beautiful cars and not exhibit and have paid to see the great selection of Italian motoring heritage and design. It is disappointing for them if most have left early. Thank you for your support. Please note if you have to leave early, then in the interests of public safety, please speak to one of our marshals who will guide you safely from the showground. As you leave Hopetoun Grounds you will be directed on an alternative road out of the estate to avoid incoming traffic. Please take care on this road as it is narrow and is used by walkers and cyclists. It also has some small speed bumps, which may not be obvious.
Entry by advance ticket only and tickets are available now at just £5 per person and max £10 per car! SICD tickets do not include entry to the House & Grounds. This is optional and Hopetoun House is offering 50% off House & Grounds Tickets for Scottish Italian Car Day. Tickets to Hopetoun House can be booked online https://hopetoun.co.uk/ using discount AROC50. Alternatively you can pay on the day at Hopetoun, just show your SICD ticket and they will give you 50% off.
Once again Arnold Clark have kindly agreed to sponsor the event and will be on hand with some of the new Alfas available at their showroom. Please respect these vehicles as they will be somebodies’ pride and joy in the near future. Arnold Clark have also kindly donated the prizes for the day, which will be awarded at 2.00pm, so look out for the prize giving as you may be one of the lucky winners.
