We are pleased to announce the Derbyshire Peak Alfa Run for 12th May 2024.  We will be gathering at Denby Pottery Village (Ripley DE5 8NX) from 10:00.  Breakfast cobs and hot drinks are available from the Denby Farm Shop Cafe & Takeaway or full breakfast menu to eat in at the Bistro.

A navigational run is available, navigator recommended, or you can drive straight to the finish.  The run will take you through some stunning Peak District scenery before finishing in the beautiful village of Eyam.

Our finish is being hosted by the Eyam Sports Club on their cricket field which overlooks a lot of the village.  There is a number of cafes close to the cricket field and toilets in the adjacent pay and display car park.  Some cafes provide take away food and drinks, or if the forecast is favourable, bring a picnic.  There is a small playground next to the cricket club as well, so bring the kids!

Eyam village has produced an excellent village guide. Find places to eat and visit, it’s all here!

We will be emailing the Derbyshire and East Midlands section members about this event in the next couple of weeks so please look out for the email. If there is anyone from another AROC UK Section that would like to join us, please email Phil Andrew at derbyshire@aroc-uk.com and we will send you full details.

Tickets available will be limited and will be on a first come first served basis.  Please use the link below to purchase your ticket.

This is a member only event and you may be required to show a valid membership card on arrival.  To allow us to make a suitable donation to the sports club for their assistance, there is a small charge of £5 per car.  Please come and join us for what we hope will be a memorable Peak Alfa Run for our club’s 60th year.
