Well done to all those that came to Duxford and especially to those that helped with the marshalling and organisation.
This is a short update this week,. Firstly can those intending to come to Dunwich for fish and Chips on the 13th May (if you haven’t already) let me know so we can give Floras an idea of numbers.

Saturday 13th May 12 noon Fish and Chips with the Essex Section, Flora Tea Rooms, Beach Road, Dunwich, Saxmundham, Suffolk, IP17 3EN Fish and Chips and a stomp down the beach, round the Museum about Dunwich’s history or just wander round the village and ruins.

Our friends from Pirelli are opening their doors to us at one of their Performance Centres. Jet Wheel Tyre 223 Church Road, Thundersley, Essex, SS7 4DY.n This is a joint event being held with the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club to bring a great evening of Italian and British cars. Tickets are free but numbers are limited so please do not turn up without a ticket. If you reserve a ticket and later cannot make the event, please let us know so we can let someone else use it.
- 6 – 6.30pm – Guests arrive
- 6.30 – 6.45 – Welcome from Jet
- 6.45 – 7.15 – Pirelli talk
- 7.15 -7.45 – Refreshments
- 7.45 – 8.45 – Jet services ( alignments, performance fitting and TPMS, wheel straightening)
- 8.45 – 9pm – Q & A
- 9pm – Home
