However much organisational work goes into a Show through prior planning - and there's plenty of that goes on! - what contributes the most to the success of any major happening is how smoothly the event runs during the course of the day.
Of course, events generally don't run themselves and National Alfa Day at Newby Hall this year is no exception to that rule. However much hard work has gone on in the background to organise the best Show we possibly can for you our Membership, the day itself requires the help and support of many volunteers to act as Marshals.
We already have the assistance of many of the 'usual suspects'; people who've given us their assurances that they'll be ready and willing to act as Marshals at National Alfa Day, our biggest event of the year. But the fact of the matter is that we could always use more!
So we're giving you the chance to get involved by volunteering to become a Marshal at National Alfa Day 2009. In return for your services as a Marshal, we can offer you the opportunity to become an important part of the day and to have a lot of fun in the process too!
Marshalling is brilliant because:
You'll see the Show for free! And you'll have a great day out!
You'll get the chance to be involved!
You'll meet new people and make new friends!
You'll be helping others and getting recognition for doing so!
Most of all, you'll be appreciated!
So, if you'd like to be a Marshall at National Alfa Day, then please get in touch with us to register your interest. Contact The AROC Events Team now.
Thank you for your support.
